Yesterday I visited Santos at our property at Young & Railway in little Italy. He was busy working with the contractors to ensure everything is coming together perfectly. He took the time to explain to me some of the refinements that he was making to the original designs, in order to make better use of the space and to enhance the luxurious ‘feel’ of the houses.
Some examples of the refinements that he has made, or is in the process of developing with our contractors include; consolidating and removing bulkheads to create elements of a trey ceiling in the main living area. This feature can cost thousands to add to home, but we are adding it during the build process at no additional cost to our customers. In addition, Santos noticed during the construction process that a wall in the stair well was going to cut off light and reduce the spacious, airy feel of the home. He immediately halted construction, and modified the design, reworking the stairwell and ordering new and higher end finishes in the process. It’s going to look fabulous. But what impressed me, was the ‘no compromise’ approach to quality. I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised, this is one of the attributes that our customers have told us that they like about us.
