We have never been people who simply followed trends, or worried about labels. We don’t build new homes that meet some marketing check list. No, that’s just not us.
Given high land values in the city’s core, lot sizes and new urban homes tend to be somewhat smaller on average than your typical suburban home. Some people don’t like that.
